Not every roof problem needs a full replacement. Alliance specializes in accurate diagnosis first: we find where water is actually entering, not just where it's showing up inside. Common repairs include flashing re-sealing, vent boot replacement, shingle section repairs, and ridge-cap work.
When repairs no longer make economic sense, we do a clean tear-off, inspect and repair any deck rot, and install the right material for New Mexico's UV exposure, high winds, and hail cycles — backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty.
Flat roofs that hold standing water long enough will rot the deck beneath them. We diagnose the drainage problem, repair or replace the membrane, and waterproof parapets and all penetrations — not just the visible wet spot.
